Delete Your Account

Gaffy ("Gaffy: Football Agent CRM" on Google Play) is a product of Studio 31, obrt za računalno programiranje, vl. Lukas Bašić, Ulica Vladimira Nazora 22, 10450 Jastrebarsko, Croatia. This page explains how to delete your Gaffy account and what happens to your data when you do.

The fastest way to delete your account is directly in Gaffy:

1. Open the Gaffy app and sign in.
2. Go to Account.
3. Tap Delete Account and confirm.

Deletion happens immediately - there is no confirmation email or waiting period, and it cannot be undone.

If you no longer have the app installed or can't sign in, email info@studio31.hr from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We'll verify you're the account holder and delete your account within 30 days.

Deleting your account permanently and immediately removes your profile, players, club requests, contracts, commissions, finances (transactions and recurring payments), calendar events, notes, licences, uploaded documents and photos, and push-notification tokens from our systems. This is a hard delete, not a temporary hold - make sure you've exported or saved anything you need first.

• Billing records (invoices and related Stripe transaction data) are kept for as long as Croatian tax and accounting law requires, even after your account is deleted.
• Server logs are kept for 10 days and notification history for 30 days after they're generated, then deleted automatically - deleting your account doesn't shorten this.
• Everything else described in Section 4 is deleted immediately with no further retention period.
